"I`m pleased to announce the swift opening of FEMA Disaster Recovery Centers, ensuring immediate assistance for our Cameron County and Rio Grande Valley residents. These centers serve as a critical resource for individuals seeking to recover qualifying expenses incurred due to the March 2025 floods. I strongly encourage all affected residents to visit a Disaster Recovery Center and be sure to bring any receipts for flood-related expenses and photographs of damage to personal and real property," Cameron County Judge Eddie Trevino Jr. stated.
