From Bikini Bottom to McAllen: Voice of SpongeBob coming to STXCC

MCALLEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Arrr' you ready McAllen?

Tom Kenny, the voice of SpongeBob SquarePants, is a featured guest at the South Texas Comic Con and will be appearing on Saturday, April 27 and Sunday, April 28.

Kenny is not only the voice of SpongeBob and Gary but also the Ice King in Adventure Time, Dog in Cat and Dog, the narrator and Mayor in the PowerPuff Girls, LEGO Batman: the videogame, Eduardo in Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends and much more.

The convention is from April 26 to April 28 at the McAllen Convention Center.

South Texas Comic Con has announced the following featured guests:

• Chuck Norris will be appearing on Saturday, April 27.
• Danny Trejo, also known as Machete, will appear on Saturday, April 27 and Sunday, April 28.
• Vicent D'Onofrio, known as Kingpin in the Marvel DareDevil and Echo series will appear on Saturday, April 27 and Sunday, April 28.
• Shawn Ashmore, will be appearing all three days.
• Billy West, the voice for shows such as Futurama and many more, will appear on Saturday, April 27 and Sunday, April 28.
• and many more comic book artists, actors, and voice actors.
