Free summer movies at Lon C. Hill Park with food and fun

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The City of Harlingen Parks and Recreation Department Summer Movie Series begins on Friday with a free screening of "The Iron Giant" at Lon C. Hill Park.

The event will feature food vendors, face painting, balloon artists, and robots from Majestic Dancers.

The next movie, "Jumanji," will be shown on Friday, June 20.

All events are free and open to the public, with no registration required. Attendees should bring folding chairs and blankets.
