Fourth arrest made in McAllen nightclub sexual performance

MCALLEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — A fourth arrest has been made in connection to a public sexual performance at a McAllen nightclub.

Diego Rodrigo Barros was arrested Thursday after he turned himself into McAllen police.

Court documents reveal Barros was a performer who had sex with on the dance floor of Santa Diabla in early August. The night club is located on the 1700 block of Dallas Avenue in downtown McAllen.

Police say Barros was arraigned on three counts of public lewdness and one count of prostitution.

His bond was set at $4,000 for all four counts.

Three other men were previously arrested of charges of engaging in the sexual act.

Dionicio Luna Aguirre was arrested Wednesday, August 28, and was booked into the Hidalgo County Jail on a charge of public lewdness.

Mark Anthony Watts and Alvaro Costilla were arrested Thursday, August 29, at the Dallas Fort Worth Airport on charges of promotion of prostitution and tampering with evidence.

McAllen police say they continue to investigate the case.
