Four South Texas mayors discuss regional collaboration

SAN ANTONIO, Texas – The South Texas Business Partnership recently held its 2025 South Texas Summit in San Antonio. 

One of the panel discussions comprised four mayors from the South Texas Alliance of Cities (STAC). The four were: San Antonio Mayor Ron Nirenberg, Brownsville Mayor John Cowen, Jr., Harlingen Mayor Norma Sepulveda, and McAllen Mayor Javier Villalobos. 

The title of the panel was: “South Texas Alliance of Cities: A Collective Voice.” 

The discussion centered on regional collaboration, shared challenges, and opportunities for coordinated growth.
