Former Borderplex leader gives advice to RioPlex supporters

HARLINGEN, Texas – Businessman and economic development consultant Rolando Pablos was keynote speaker at a CEO Group event held at the Harlingen Convention Center.

Pablos had been invited to give a testimonial on how developed the Borderplex Alliance for the cities of El Paso, Texas, Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, and Santa Teresa, New Mexico.

The CEO Group, which is part of the Prosperity Task Force, believes the Rio Grande Valley and North Tamaulipas can learn from the success of Borderplex. The CEO Group, which was set up by business leaders, has started to market the region under the RioPlex brand.
