Forging closer ties between the RGV and Monterrey: Part One – U.S. Rep. Vicente Gonzalez

MISSION, Texas – On July 2, the incoming mayor of Monterrey, Adrián Emilio de la Garza Santos, discussed international trade and infrastructure projects with businessmen from Texas and Mexico.

They were joined by two key elected officials from the Rio Grande Valley – U.S. Rep. Vicente Gonzalez of McAllen and state Sen. Juan Hinojosa of McAllen.

The meeting was organized by the former mayor of Mission, Armando O’Caña and held at La Fogata Restaurant.
