Festival de la Loteria in Kingsville set for April 26

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Alicia Tijerina from the city of Kingsville discusses the upcoming events, such as Festival de la Loteria, A Ride on the Wild Side; a bike ride on the King Ranch benefiting the Kingsville Noon Lions Club, a farmers market, and a centennial celebration of the arts at Texas A&M University.
