FEMA to visit Sebastian to assess flood damages

SEBASTIAN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The Willacy County emergency medical services team is heading out with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to look at damages in the area of Sebastian.

The Texas Division of Emergency Management will also be on the scene to report any damages.
