HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Hurricane season is here and this year it is projected that we'll see above-average activity.
The record-breaking rain we saw across the Valley on March 27 brought the potential threat of hurricanes to the front of mind. With that came a general question many Valley residents asked themselves: Are we prepared in the case of a storm?
