Experts predict an above-average hurricane season for 2025

SOUTH PADRE ISLAND, Texas (ValleyCentral) — CBS 4 Chief Meteorologist Bryan Hale is on South Padre Island for the 2025 Hurricane Seasonal Forecast at the National Tropical Weather Conference.
