EDINBURG, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The Edinburg Economic Development Corporation (EEDC), and city of Edinburg are set to develop a new Workforce Resource Center and Golf Course Clubhouse at Ebony Hills Golf Course.

The Ebony Hills Project, located at 300 W. Palm Dr., will include the construction of a new clubhouse, which features a new cart barn, and the development of multipurpose spaces that will house offices, the Workforce Resource Center, and meeting areas.

"What we're talking about is building a brand new clubhouse for Ebony Hills with a cart barn that goes along with it but at the same time, putting in some additional office space for a workforce resource center and for future social events and activities," said EEDC Executive Director Raudel Garza.

The Workforce Resource Center is partially funded through EEDC bond funds. It aims to provide critical resources to support the local workforce and connect residents with career opportunities.
