HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) - A number of cities, community groups and businesses will be holding Easter related events in the coming days. Here is a list of some near you:
RIO HONDO
The City of Rio Hondo will hold an Easter egg hunt at 10 a.m., Saturday, April 12 at the Rio Hondo Baseball Park. 1005 S. Reynolds Road.
There will be face painting, free hot dogs and the Easter Bunny will be visiting as well.

BROWNSVILLE
The Easter Bunny is ready to take pictures with your children at Sunrise Mall. He's at the center court during the following hours:
Monday – Friday: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday: 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Sunday: Noon to 6 p.m.
Pet Photos with the Easter Bunny will be available on Monday. The mall will be closed Easter Sunday.
The Chick-fil-A at 4325 N. Expressway 77 in Brownsville will have a fun-filled day of Easter excitement from 9 to 11 a.m., Saturday, April 12.
There will be an Easter egg hunt, crafts, games and pictures with the Easter Cow.
The City of Brownsville will hold its 2nd annual Great Brownsville Easter Egg Hunt at several city parks. They begin at 4 p.m. Saturday, April 12.

Gonzalez Park, 34 Tony Gonzalez Dr.
Monte Bella Trails Park, 2525 W. Alton Gloor Blvd.
The event at the Brownsville Sports Park will also cater to children with special needs.
McALLEN
The Easter Bunny is visiting La Plaza Mall. He'll be available for photos until April 20.
SAN BENITO
The San Benito Public Library will host a free Easter Eggstravaganza from 10 a.m. to noon, Saturday, April 19. The library is located at 101 W. Rose Street.
LOS FRESNOS
The Los Fresnos Chamber of Commerce will host an Easter ggg hunt at 5:30 p.m., Saturday, April 19. It will be held at the Los Fresnos Memorial Park located at 900 N. Arroyo Blvd.
There will be an egg hunt with golden egg prizes, Arts & Crafts, Food Vendors, Train Rides, Giant Slide, Obstacle Course, Rock Climbing Wall & More.
HARLINGEN
Harlingen Parks and Recreation will hold an Easter Egg Hunt at 10 a.m., Saturday, April 19 at the Soccer Complex. There will be egg hunts, laser tag, bouncers, face painting, delicious food, and more for the whole family! Bring your baskets and your friends.
