Duncan Wood to speak in Harlingen on Sept. 12

HARLINGEN, Texas – Duncan Wood, president of the Pacific Council on International Policy, will be in the Rio Grande Valley next week to talk about U.S.-Mexico relations.

Wood is an internationally renowned specialist on the geopolitics of energy and former vice president for strategy and new initiatives of the Mexico Institute at the Wilson Center.

Wood, who hails from Kent in England, will speak at an event hosted by the Rio Grande Valley Partnership and Texas Regional Bank on Sept. 12 at the Harlingen Convention Center.
