DPS, SWAT execute search warrant on Alamo home

ALAMO, Texas (ValleyCentral) — SWAT and the Texas Department of Public Safety are at a residence in Alamo executing a search warrant.

Both agencies are at the 1100 block of South Border Road and Juarez Avenue in Alamo.

Authorities have not confirmed if the search warrant is connected to an earlier barricade situation in Pharr.

The location of the search warrant is reported to be a few blocks down from the scene of the barricade.
