Deputies, police warn residents of shots fired from wanted vehicle

RAYMONDVILLE, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The Willacy County Sheriff's Office is urging residents to be alert after shots were fired from a vehicle Monday night.

Willacy County is assisting the Raymondville Police Department in the search of a vehicle involved in the shots fired call.

Authorities describe the vehicle as a white Chevrolet Suburban with dark tinted windows and chrome rims.

Deputies and police say the vehicle was last seen heading eastbound on Hidalgo Avenue towards Expressway 77.

"If you come across [the] vehicle matching description, do not approach," WCSO stated.

No reports of injuries related to the shots fired call were mentioned.
