Deadline to pay your taxes is tonight

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Today is the deadline to pay your taxes. Your returns need to be filed by midnight tonight.

If you think your time is running out. You can file for an extension, but it has to be done by the end of the day.

However, the extension is only for paperwork. Taxes still need to be paid in advance of the deadline.

Now if you can't fully pay your taxes by tonight's deadline, the IRS recommends you pay as much as you can and then apply for an online payment plan.
