Crews respond to warehouse fire in Hidalgo

HIDALGO, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Multiple agencies are responding to a fire that broke out at a warehouse in Hidalgo on Wednesday afternoon.

The fire occurred on the 2700 block of N. International Blvd.

Fire departments and police from surrounding cities are assisting with the call.

Hidalgo Fire Chief Robert Rojas says the fire is under control and that crews are now tackling hot spots. He said the fire started outside of the warehouse.

No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
