Crews investigate cotton mill fire in Harlingen

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — A fire investigation is underway as smoke continues to emit from the Valley Co-op Oil Mill in Harlingen.

Harlingen Assistant Fire Chief Balboa says the smoke is from a cottonseed fire that has been ongoing for the past two days.
