Contractor accused of stealing $61K from 86-year-old woman

BROWNSVILLE, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Cameron County investigators on Monday arrested a man accused of stealing more than $61,000 from an elderly woman for fake home repairs in a years-long scheme, according to the Cameron County Sheriff's Office.
