Commissioner Fuentes gives an overview of the Precinct 1 projects he’s working on

WESLACO, Texas – The Rio Grande Guardian International News Service recently secured an in-depth interview with Hidalgo County Commissioner David Fuentes about water reclamation and drainage.

However, Fuentes broadened the conversation to include transportation, specifically the Nolana Loop Expansion.
