City of Pharr welcomes residents to meal distribution

PHARR, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The City of Pharr will continue to distribute meals on Friday in response to recent flooding.

The meal distribution is a collaborative effort with the Salvation Army to assist residents impacted by floods and storms.

Pharr and the Salvation Army have stepped in to host a three-day meal distribution.

April 4 is the third and final date of the meal distribution.

The meal distribution will begin at 6 p.m. Friday, April 4 at Jones Box Park, located on 7809 Jose St.

No registration is required to recieve a meal.
