Car crashes into fence during police chase in San Benito

SAN BENITO, Texas (ValleyCentral) — A car crashed into a fence during a police chase in San Benito on Monday.

According to the San Benito Police Department, an officer was pursuing a vehicle when it crashed into a fence at Sam Houston and Edward Street.

The police unit also skid onto the curb over the fence. According to police, the suspects fled on foot.

There were no injuries reported as a result of the crash.
