Brownsville police search for missing teen last seen on Thanksgiving

BROWNSVILLE, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Brownsville police and community are searching for a missing teen last seen on Thanksgiving.

Family and friends say Christian Gurrola, 17, was last seen walking his friend home near Dana Road and Fairfield Drive at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 28.

Gurrola is described as a 5'4" tall Hispanic teen, last seen wearing, a dark gray graphic shirt, jeans, and black and white Vans. He was also last seen wearing a white sweatshirt on Glynwood Drive.

Family members say he does not have his cellphone with him.

Brownsville Police Department Public Information Office Abril Luna told ValleyCentral they are concerned for his welfare.
