Brownsville police search for missing man who is deaf, mute

BROWNSVILLE, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Brownsville Police are searching for a missing elderly man.

The department's social media post reported that Mario Alberto Soto, 75, was last seen on Thursday around 5 p.m. in the 1800 block of Palm Blvd.

Police describe Soto as 5' 2" tall, 180 lbs with white hair. He was last seen wearing a dark colored shirt, blue jeans, and black shoes. Authorities say he is a deaf mute.
