Brownsville police search for man involved in Motel 6 vehicle theft

BROWNSVILLE, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Brownsville police are searching for a person of interest involved in a vehicle theft investigation.

On June 1, authorities received a report that a 2020 black GMC Sierra was stolen from the parking lot of a Motel 6, located at the 2200 block of N. Expressway 77/83, a social media post from the Brownsville Police Department stated.

Brownsville police recommend that owners of GMC Sierras protect their vehicles by using a steering wheel club.
