Brownsville police ask for help identifying hit-and-run car

BROWNSVILLE, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Brownsville police are asking for the public's assistance in identifying a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run accident.

The incident occurred on May 20 in the 2200 block of Concord Place, according to a news release from the Brownsville Police Department.

Authorities say surveillance footage shows the suspected vehicle to be a GMC or Chevrolet single-cab pickup truck with front right damage.

Anyone with information on the driver or the suspected vehicle is asked to contact the Brownsville Crime Stoppers at (956) 546-TIPS (8477).
