Brownsville PD: Missing 86-year-old man found safe

BROWNSVILLE, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Brownsville police report Raul Amaro has been located safely.

Amaro, 86 went missing Tuesday at around 2:30 p.m. while on his way to the H-E-B on Central Boulevard in Brownsville.

Police describe the vehicle Amaro was driving as a gray 2012 Nissan Sentra displaying Texas License Plates DW3K038.

Amaro is 5 feet, 7 inches tall, with light gray hair, and brown eyes, and weighs approximately 140 pounds, police say.

Authorities add that Amaro was last seen wearing a blue and white striped shirt, gray pants, black shoes, and glasses.
