Brownsville, GBIC host 2024 Career Coffee Job Expo

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The City of Brownsville and the Greater Brownsville Incentives Corporation (GBIC) will host its annual Careers and Coffee Job Expo on Wednesday, Oct. 16.

This recruitment event will feature over 2,000 employment opportunities including with some of the largest employers in the South Texas market, such as Brownsville ISD, SpaceX, and Bechtel Energy Corporation.

Residents of Brownsville and the surrounding communities who are interested in a new
career pathway or looking for professional growth opportunities are invited to attend this
free event.

Attendees are encouraged to be prepared before arriving at the event with a hard copy and electronic resume, ready to verbally showcase their skill set work experience, and network goals.
