Bone marrow donor registry event set for Harlingen

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The National Marrow Donor Program (NMDP), Darla Richmond & Owner of Café 406, Erika Shaw, are hosting a bone marrow registration drive to encourage people of Latino & African American ethnicities to join the bone marrow registry and in the future possibly help someone in need of life-saving transplants.

Sign up to join the bone marrow registry at Café 406 on March 2 from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. It only takes a few minutes and a quick mouth swab to complete the registration process.
