Big Red's Ranch in San Benito to host Easter event

SAN BENITO, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Big Red's Ranch in San Benito is preparing to host an Easter event this month.

The family-friendly event will offer multiple Easter egg hunts, hay rides, a petting zoo, vendors, and more along 62 acres of land.

"For several years, we've been holding this event. Usually, we have 1,000 to 1,500 people," said Jonathan Barnard, Executive Director with Big Red's Ranch.

Barnard shares how Big Red's Ranch is also a non-profit organization with a mission to fight for fatherless.

"We do provide free tickets to single parents," Barnard said.

Easter at the Ranch will begin at 4 p.m., Saturday, April 5 at Big Red's Ranch located on 34179 FM 1577.

Tickets for the event are available in person cash only and online.
