BROWNSVILLE, Texas – Who is winning the race in Open AI, the United States or China? That was the question posed by Nathan Burkhart, vice president for entrepreneurship and innovation at Brownsville Community Improvement Corporation, during a panel discussion at RGV StartUp Week.
Burkhart posed the question to panelists Eduardo Cerda, founder of Future SQC Software, Rolando Gonzalez, an executive for Gobar Systems, Jerry Briones, deputy executive director of the Greater Brownsville Incentives Corporation, and UT-Rio Grande Valley professor Mostafa Malki.
