Amber Alert issued for Harlingen teen

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — An Amber Alert has been issued for a 16-year-old from Harlingen.

Madison Luna was last seen at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, July 15, on the 1500 block of Sam Houston Drive, according to authorities.

Police say Luna was last seen wearing a black shirt, black basketball shorts, and black shoes.

Luna was last seen with 59-year-old Jesse Saldaña, according to DPS. Saldaña is described as 5'4" tall, weighs 180 pounds, and has brown eyes.

The vehicle involved is described as a 2010 green Kia Soul with a black stripe on the passenger side from the hood to the trunk. Texas license plate number is WCJ7872.
