HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Every week, CBS 4 works to find a forever home for a Rio Grande Valley foster child as part of our “4Ever Family” partnership with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services.

17-year-old Justin is an intelligent and engaging teen who enjoys reading books and playing various video and board games. He’s always seen with a smile on his face, as he enjoys making others laugh.
Justin enjoys going to school and interacting with his teachers. He plans to attend college in Texas to study and obtain a degree in music. He is also a fan of listening to music; his current favorites are Taylor Swift and Rihanna.
When it comes to fun, his ideal trip is to an amusement park or a go-kart racetrack. Indoors, it’s a video game or checking out the latest YouTube videos. When out and about, for a quick meal, one of his favorites is Chick-fil-A.
Justin would like to live in the city where he can develop a close-knit circle of friends who all share similar interests. Justin says he would like to be a part of a forever family where he can have siblings and a two-parent household, and if possible, a pet dog.
If you think you could be a forever family for Justin or another Texas child, call 1-800-233-3405. For more information, visit www.adoptchildren.org, where you can find a schedule of online public information meetings and learn about the foster/adoption program.
