HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Every week, CBS 4 works to find a forever home for a Rio Grande Valley foster child as part of our “4Ever Family” partnership with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services.

Julian is a friendly and very open-minded 15-year-old teen. He is free-spirited, funny, and has a bubbly personality which makes everyone love being around him. Julian is also sweet, thoughtful, and kind. He is energetic and will easily keep you on your toes with his energy.

Julian likes to stay busy and enjoys shopping, as well as being out in theme parks. He is always up for a new adventure and looks forward to finding his forever family. Julian enjoys school and loves socializing with his peers.

One of his favorite pastimes is listening to music. He is a very confident dancer and will bring out all his dance moves. Julian enjoys being the center of attention and loves entertaining those he cares for.

Julian enjoys attending school as he gets an opportunity to interact with his friends and teachers. He is interested in cooking and baking and has expressed interest in pursuing a certification/degree in the culinary arts.

Julian enjoys participating in family outings to stores, parks, and special family events. He loves buffets and his favorite food is Chinese.
