4Ever Family: Enrique

2 months ago 54

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Every week, CBS 4 works to find a forever home for a Rio Grande Valley foster child as part of our “4Ever Family” partnership with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services.

10-year-old Enrique is a child who loves to have fun and laugh, he can be affectionate and likes to give hugs. Enrique has a desire to be helpful and assist others. Most of all you can always find Enrique with a big smile.

When it comes to favorites, Enrique loves anything Pokémon and like many children his age he enjoys video games finding them very entertaining to play. Enrique is also very open to trying new things and enjoys participating in almost any activity.

When it comes to school, Enrique looks forward to attending school daily as he loves to learn. He says he would like to play football someday but also enjoys swimming.

Enrique is not certain about his future career, as he is open-minded to learning about all different things, leaving him to have an open mind about a potential career field.

He loves being outdoors and his favorite foods are pizza and spaghetti. Enrique does not have pets but loves animals and would love to have some of his own.

Enrique would like his future family to know he is optimistic and full of life, and no matter what life brings him, he will always maintain a positive outlook on life.

Enrique would do well with a one or two-parent household. He does enjoy being around other children, but he would also do great being an only child. Enrique enjoys praying and going to church and would like someone to participate in saying his bedtime prayers.
