3 women involved in bank fraud sought by McAllen police

MCALLEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — McAllen police are searching for three women in connection with passing forged checks at local banks, according to the department's news release.

Police took reports from different banks in the city on April 10. The women shown in the surveillance photos are suspects in these investigations, police say.

Authorities add that these individuals may be working together or in combination and may have attempted this activity in other cities. 

Police ask the public and businesses to immediately report these individuals and similar activity to police.
