HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The Harlingen Police Department's Organized Crime Unit and Criminal Investigations Division arrested three suspects in connection with narcotics, according to a press release from Harlingen PD. K-9 officers within the department also helped.
On Friday, July 18, a narcotics search warrant was executed at the 1100 block of Johnson Avenue.
Officers seized 4.5 grams of crack cocaine during the operation and arrested Israel Garcia, Fernando Garcia, and Jo Anna Del Valle.

All three suspects have been charged with manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance, as well as possession of a controlled substance.
Israel Garcia and Jo Anna Del Valle have been issued a $5,000 bond. Fernando Garcia was issued a $10,500 bond.
