McALLEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — A man has been arrested in connection to a public "sexual performance" at a McAllen business, records show.
Dionicio Luna Aguirre was one of four men wanted by police after a "male performer" had sex at a McAllen business while it was open to the public. Jail records show that Luna Aguirre was booked into the Hidalgo County Jail Thursday on a charge of public lewdness.
His bond was set at $2,000 and he was released from jail Friday.
McAllen police said in a news release that on Aug. 4, an adult male performer engaged in "deviant sexual intercourse" at a McAllen business located at the 1700 block of Dallas Avenue. Police did not name the business, which is located near a number of bars and restaurants near the city's downtown historic business redevelopment area.
Along with Luna Aguirre, police identified three other suspects that were wanted in connection to the incident.

Description: 51-year-old Hispanic male, 6 feet, 2 inches in height. Resident of Pharr.
Name: Alvaro Costilla
Charge(s): Tampering with evidence, promotion of prostitution
Description: 31-year-old Hispanic male. Approximately 5 feet 7 inches in height. Resident of Pharr.
