McAllen police search for burglary suspect

MCALLEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — McAllen police are searching for a man wanted for burglary, according to the department's news release.

Police say Juan Manuel Gonzalez Jr., 36, has a warrant out for his arrest for burglary, a state jail felony. The offense occurred on April 4 on the 2800 block of Colbath Rd. in McAllen, said police.

Gonzalez is accused of taking miscellaneous items in the burglary.

Gonzalez is described as 5 foot 9 inches, 225 pounds, with brown hair, and brown eyes.

Police are asking the public to call the McAllen Crime Stoppers at (956) 687-8477 if they know Gonzalez's whereabouts or have information about the crime.

Police add if the information leads to an arrest, you may be eligible for a cash reward.
