City of Palmview to host Community Festival April 6

PALMVIEW, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The City of Palmview invites the public to its Community Festival.

Join the city for this free event from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. on April 6, at the Palmview Municipal Park featuring live music by International sensation Los Impostores de Nuevo Leon and Los Palominos of Uvalde, Texas, as well as Elvis Ayala, and Revo Live Band.

The event kicks off with local school performances at 5 p.m. on the second stage.

Doors open at 4:30 p.m. and bring lawn chairs and blankets to enjoy the concert, said the city.

The event includes free train rides, kids' games, and a petting zoo with a minimal entrance fee. Nearly 40 vendors will be present with plenty of food, drinks, and crafts for purchase.

Parking for the event will be available in the parking lots on Palmview Commercial Drive and Commercial Plaza.
